How battery charge is displayed in Ajax apps

Ajax Battery chage displayed in app on devices

Depending on the device type, the devices battery charge can be displayed in different ways: as a percentage or in the text (OK / Low battery).

As a percentage, the battery charge is displayed for such devices:

Battery levels are displayed in different increments depending on the Ajax device. For instance, the charge percentage is displayed in increments of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 50%, 75%, 100%.

Meanwhile, MultiTransmitter, radio signal range extenders, and hubs (except Hub Plus) display battery levels in 5% increments, while the Hub Plus displays in 1% increments.

The battery level is displayed as a text in such devices:

Some devices, such as MotionCam, FireProtect Plus, and StreetSiren DoubleDeck, display the battery level as text. If the battery charge becomes low, the monitoring station and all system users receive notifications (if enabled). Even after a low battery notification, the device can still operate for around two months under normal use.

To replace batteries, refer to the User Manual of the respective Ajax device for instructions. By monitoring and maintaining proper battery levels, you can ensure the efficient and reliable operation of your Ajax security system.
